1 Appointments
Appointments can be made through the website, phone, or direct contact with Bark BoutiQue.
1.2 Cancellations
We kindly ask that at least 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations or appointment changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
1.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, the grooming session may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
1.4 Late Collection
Dogs must be collected promptly at the agreed collection time. Late collection may result in additional charges.
1.5 Refusal of Service
Bark BoutiQue reserves the right to refuse grooming services if a dog is aggressive, severely stressed, ill, or if the groom cannot be carried out safely.
