Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.2 Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service used, but most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays that are outside of our control.
1.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We may occasionally offer free delivery promotions or local collection from our salon at Bark BoutiQue where available.
1.4 Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is correct at the time of ordering. Bark BoutiQue cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
1.5 Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged.

2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We may offer:
• A replacement item
• A refund
• A store credit
We may request photographic evidence of the issue before processing a refund or replacement.
2.3 Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These may include:
• Dog grooming products that have been opened
• Hygiene products
• Personalised items
